I have never experienced a worst hosting provider than HostUpon. I purchased their Virtual Private Hosting package in early 2009. With in 1 week of purchase, I experienced 2 server crashes, a DNS change which HostUpon did not inform me thus my site was unavailable for a half day and my file permissions and date/time stamps would randomly change with out explanation as if they were restored from a backup. The final insult came when HostUpon pulled by domain because I allegedly used more than my allocated percentage of the CPU/Memory on the server. I was never given a chance to upgrade to a dedicated server. Stay far away from these guys!
